One little comment though: while sea salt is delicious, table salt (iodized salt) is important to have in your diet too, especially if you’re making healthy choices all the time and making your food from scratch. Everyone needs the iodine in iodized salt, and unless you’re careful to buy the iodized sea salt, you can have troubles with your thyroid!
