Found this little upper body (abdominal / core and shoulder workout) on the Diesel Crew website. I can see myself doing this with a good heavy kettlebell, but I suppose one could start a bit lighter. I like it.

Rob, have you ever tried a Turkish Get Up with a kettlebell? I find them to be a great core exercise. I’ve tried them also with dumbbells, but the kettlebell seems to be more ergonomically friendly for me.
Oh ya… I do half turkish getups all the time and throw in full turkish getups now and again. Depends on my routine.
Another shoulder exercises you can do with kettlebells are front raises, upright rows and military presses. If you only have a single kettlebell try using a towel so that you can do side raises as well.
