Thank you for sharing your story about the human body and your choice to rebuild it . It wasn’t only until recently I began to get curious and amazed about the body, muscles, etc. and the travelling Body Worlds Exhibit invoked that. Well, that and along with beginning exercise as an adult and reading the book, “Women’s Strength Training Anatomy”by Frederic Delavier.
Enjoy the game!

Great blog and what a great way to look at life .
Great story, but I don’t understand it too much.
When I tore my rotator cuff many years ago, it hurt so bad that I hardly used my arm. After about a year, I developed a “frozen” shoulder and like McCain, I couldn’t raise my arm without a shooting pain tearing through it. I saw Dr. O’mead in San Marcos, CA, a chiropractor that stretched it out and tore it all back up and even though it hurt like heck when he did it, it gave me the use of my arm again. I wonder if I had just endured the pain initially if I would have avoided all the wasted time in recovery…
