I avoided the crunchy carrot problem by making each skewer all the same kind of vegetable; that way I could adjust the cooking time for each. Great, mouthwatering recipe, thanks!

I exercise first thing in the morning for many reasons:
1) My resistance is low. Brain… foggy…2) Nothing has happened yet that could seem more important.
A thousand things could keep me from going at lunch!3) Empty stomach, burn more fat.
4) Nice to get it out of the way and sail through my day kinda proud of myself.
5) My energy level is higher for the rest of the day after exercising so the earlier I workout, the longer I get to enjoy that feeling.

Just last week we were doing lots of BBQing and I was thinking, I need some healthy recipes … Here they are today! Thanks! We will try these tomorrow. Something fast and easy when you’ve been working and want a nutritious meal.

Grilled veggies are one of my family’s favorites during summer. Some times I grill veggies then toss them into some cooked pasta add grated cheese and you have dinner. You could also do the same thing except chill the pasta and you have a quick and easy pasta salad.
I like to cut the zucchini into planks so it’s easier to handle them on the grill.
Another good marinade idea if your in a hurry during the workeek is to use just about any salad dressing in the store. Just unscrew the cap and pour over your veggies and your done. Balsamic dressings work really well I think.
