My concern with avocados is that I am the only one in the household that eats them so I don't buy them very often because of quick browning once they are cut in half. I've made the recipe and stuck the pit in it to see if that will keep the shelf life for a few days. I noticed that it was recommended that it be used almost immediately most likely because of the browning?? Put your avocado in a ziplock bag after cutting it. don’t worry about browning - it just looks yucky but there’s nothing wrong with it. Put your avocado in a ziplock bag after cutting it.
