I knew you could do it! You did great at the gym BTW and I had no idea you weren't comfortable or considered stopping. Remember all the stuff I told you about where I started too - just watch yourself progress and keep track and it'll encourage you to keep going! Good job! I knew you could do it! I know I would be completely intimidated. I like your first tip about parking far away. I see that advice all the time, and I'm the only person I ever see doing it. I park in the last spot and walk, and on the way I see cars circling and circling around trying to find the closest spot. The most ironic is when they're circling around the gym parking lot! Can you do 50 sit ups? If you can't do those things you are not fit. You might be slim - but there's a different between naturally slim and fit. I've always been slim until my 30s then I started gaining weight. But I've never been fit until only recently. I still don't consider myself fit. I find that an odd statement to make. So what are you doing on this site then if you have no issues? Curious. Are you fit? really? can you touch your toes? can you run a mile in 12 minutes without dying? Can you do 50 sit ups?
