I've been trying to eat a little bit slower, but there always are days that I have to swallow the food to get back working or studying. Hard life... Is it that you "have to" eat it that fast, or do you "choose to" because you have other things that are more important? Life is always about choices and even when we think we don't have a choice, we do. You are choosing to eat fast to get back to work or to study. The world will not end if you take 10 more minutes to eat. Consider this - perhaps if you eat and digest properly, you'll have more energy and be more clear minded and able to focus. Therefore you'll be able to work BETTER and more efficiently and able to study harder and retain more information. I know these to be facts for me cause I've done it both ways. I know when I rush around I usually get less done. Food for thought. Ren - something to consider.
