Cheers Christina, that looks great. I’ll see if I can track down one here.
Thomas, I’m sorry you’re being overcharged. However, I suspect you’re confusing the production costs with the final retail value you see on the bill.

- Andre, that’s great to hear (the solar devices, not the energy crisis). Hope we see many more in the next few years.

Cheers Bhujangadev.Rob, I’m looking closely at LED lighting here too. Still a little pricey, but a lot less power hungry.
As for the worm bin, try to keep it close to the kitchen.

Tripled? Ouch! I suspect it’s more than just the heater. What other devices are in the room?

I wanted to share this with you as well. For quite a few years now, Citizin has marketed a watch called Eco Drive. The face of the watch is a solar panel which absorbs light which it stores in the cell which operates the watch. No batteries. It has become increasingly popular as years go by.

Your idea of “free” electricty is quite a large lie. Let’s see you produce solar electricity for under 15 cents per kilowatt hour, or twice what the grid charges me. You’d better stop lying.

My country (South Africa) has experienced quite an energy crisis recently. Since then we have also started implementing a lot of solar power devices.
