breakfast is really important meal no one should miss it if you wanna be healthy in your life wake up early morning before washing your teeth drink 2 cup of water and start the exercise for a while, after 45:00 minute please eat breakfast just do it for 2 or 3 days then you will see the change in your body, office, school and in your behavior be the best .

I absolutely agree.Breakfast IS definitely the most important meal of the day.Unforetunately, with the modern lifestyle time is one commodity no one seems to have enough of.Its amazing how often i see people eating on the move, or even in their cars.I think getting up 10 to 15 minutes earlier would be worth your health and ultimately your life don’t you think?
yes, and unfortunately as well, people resort to the microwave rather than whole foods. That is whole other issue
Great post. You never want to go more than 12 hours without eating. That includes time spent sleeping. Eating a breakfast with protein and fiber will get your metabolism going and decrease the amount of calories you’ll eat the rest of the day.

I used to believe all of this and ate breakfast every single morning.
You could label me as a breakfast fanatic.
Now I can only agree with number 10: Breakfast is delicious.
I have been skipping breakfast for months now and I can say my attention span is better, I’m maintining a healthy weight, I still get all my essential nutrients and my trainings have improved big time.
I have so much energy in the morning it’s amazing. I use morning time to detox, give my liver a break, train, burn fat, drink a lot of water and just be productive overall.
