		<description>Great post.  You never want to go more than 12 hours without eating.  That includes time spent sleeping.  Eating a breakfast with protein and fiber will get your metabolism going and decrease the amount of calories you&#039;ll eat the rest of the day.</description>

		<description>I absolutely agree.Breakfast IS definitely the most important meal of the day.Unforetunately, with the modern lifestyle time is one commodity no one seems to have enough of.Its amazing how often i see people eating on the move, or even in their cars.I think getting up 10 to 15 minutes earlier would be worth your health and ultimately your life don&#039;t you think?</description>
