These look great! They are essentially a veggie burger, but I’ll have to give them a try. I post healthy and protein packed recipes on my blog as well and I’ll probably make these and post about them soon!

By the way, I have an awesome protein bar recipe you might like.

Thanks for sharing!

Mmmm. I will make these soon!

Question: I KNOW someone else is thinking it as well as myself. I understand the benefits of fiber and this recipe using beans will cause more flatulence which is normal. However, for those of us who are concerned with that, is there a way to lesson this or prevent it? What I’m saying is, this might be something I will eat while I’m at home if you know what I mean. you can get a commercial product called Beano and have a few drops with the meal – it does help. But I prefer to just add them slowly into your diet and if you feel the need to eat at home only – then do so.

I recently had a day when I played floor hockey and I could NOT stop farting the whole game. I thought it was just funny. I thought maybe if I stand in front of the other goalie I’ll kill him and we’ll get a goal, LOL.

I try to take like not to seriously. Everyone farts, it’s normal. Nothing to be embarrassed about.

Vitadophilis will help as well.

The longer you eat Quinary on a regular basis, the more you will support your digestive system and be able to digest the beans. It’s just a matter of supporting your digestive system and time.

Ken, they’re really good. We have another recipe for a lentil burger that we’ll be releasing in March probably. This is grain month and the lentil burger has zero grains in it. It’s yummy
