I just did my first kettlebell workout last week and it was a great leg workout for sure: http://3mths.wordpress.com/2009/01/20/kettlebell-ultimate-fat-burner-workout/

I am going to try some other DVDs to get more ideas for moves and sequencing. I like the flow and fluidity of kettlebells and that seems to fit with how I have felt I need to work out at the moment. I guess I got bored sitting at the machines at the gym and kettlebells offer a good contrast. As I like going to the gym I can do KBs there, I just need to learn some more exercises.

Are you still using kettlebells?
