First of all, let me just say that I truly admire your commitment to supporting local farmers by following the &quot;100 Miles Rule&quot;! It&#039;s always a pleasure to meet people as aware of the need to support local community as you are.

Also, thanks a lot for sharing these wonderful recipes - they look absolutely delicious and will surely solve the problem that many people have of how to prepare food for festive occasions without ruining their diet efforts. I also like your notion of introducing a modicum of control over what you eat by brining your own food to events (where it is acceptable or expected, that is) - I&#039;ve seen that suggestion mirrored several times now and it&#039;s certainly a great way to have something to eat at a party while still avoiding all the calorie-intensive servings.</description>
