Nikki, the amazing thing is that when you do a workout like this you are more likely to develop great abs than if you follow the typical ab workouts.

Reason... you burn more calories during the workout and your metabolism will be boosted throughout the day.  Ab workouts usually don&#039;t burn many calories and if you have a layer of fat over them, all the situps in the world won&#039;t help you.

Jesse... Keep taking action!  You are doing great.

Lisa... I love to keep it real.  You&#039;ll notice my kids and my cats in many of my videos.  It&#039;s reality.  I&#039;m not going to show you the perfect setting because chances are you won&#039;t be working out in an ideal condition either.  I&#039;ve got nothing to hide from my viewers.

Rob... Oooh ya.  You better believe that I want to see those tight thighs and firm butt on Angie ;)
