Quick and Intense Leg Training

My wife Angie is a very busy mom on the go. She doesn’t have time to socialize at the gym let alone even make it there. That’s why when I put her through an incredibly intense leg workout that took less than 10 minutes all in the comfort of our home, she was ecstatic. Like most women, Angie desires lean and tight thighs as well as a firm butt. This quick and effective 10 minute leg workout will do just that.

One of the strategies that I use to get the most out of my workouts in very little time is to perform dropsets. In the workout below Angie demonstrates dropsets for Squats, Forward Lunge, Stiff Leg Dead Lift, and Calve Raises.

So as you can see in the video it’s really not that difficult to perform a great workout in the comfort of your home, with your kids running around, very little equipment, and in a very short amount of time.

Please don’t let me hear you using the excuse that you don’t have enough time to workout, that you can’t afford a gym membership, that you don’t have any room in your home, that you are too tired, or that it’s too difficult with your kids around.

With this type of training there is no excuse for why you should not be well on your way to achieving your dream body.

And by the way all you fella’s out there. I dare you to try this workout yourself. I bet that you’re not standing by the end ๐Ÿ˜‰

If you are going to workout… give it all you got!

Great tip on the leg workout. Usually all you can find are quick ab workouts. It’s nice to see a leg one for a change.

    HAHAHHAHAHAHAHA holy crap.

Like I said in my email…There is NO such thing as coincidence….

Being a single mother of 4, I know all about the time crunch.

I did his leg workout today…I almost didnt make it, and I can sure feel it in my thighs right now.

Thanks for the comments everyone ๐Ÿ˜‰

Nikki, the amazing thing is that when you do a workout like this you are more likely to develop great abs than if you follow the typical ab workouts.

Reason… you burn more calories during the workout and your metabolism will be boosted throughout the day. Ab workouts usually don’t burn many calories and if you have a layer of fat over them, all the situps in the world won’t help you.

Jesse… Keep taking action! You are doing great.

Lisa… I love to keep it real. You’ll notice my kids and my cats in many of my videos. It’s reality. I’m not going to show you the perfect setting because chances are you won’t be working out in an ideal condition either. I’ve got nothing to hide from my viewers.

Rob… Oooh ya. You better believe that I want to see those tight thighs and firm butt on Angie ๐Ÿ˜‰
