Eventually this sort of thing will reach a sort of critical mass that the companies can't ignor. Buying power people! Next summer I'm going to try and start a garden and I plan on getting a local CSA program (consumer supported agriculture) for organic fruits and veggies since I don't know for sure how much I will garden (and if I overproduce I'll can for winter anyway.)
