The only problem is, I am from Spain, and in Spain we have nothing like this! We don't have salsa and jalapenos in Spain. Those are Mexican and South and Central American style foods. You might want to call this a 'Mexican Omlette' instead of a Spanish Omlette! Just sayin! Spain's in Europe and a true Spanish Omlette would be a lot closer to the Italian Fritatta than any kind of jalapeno-salsa-sour cream type deal. This is a great recipe!
