I am interested in workout routines for people with physical issues. As in mild arthritis, low back & hip problems. Also how to get weight loss to begin for those of us who are diagnosed with PCOS, insulin resistant, syndrome X, etc.

I am having frustrating time getting it to come off, struggle for 4 months, to lose only 4 lbs. There just HAS to be a way to increase my metabolism so it will BURN again.

About 8 yrs ago, I lost 62 lbs over the summer, bicycling, doing low impact aerobics, and walking. Kept it off for over 3 yrs, then due to the need for me to take a job outside the home, which required me to be on my feet for 12+ hrs a day, I did not feel like doing what I should have, to maintain it. I have not gained it all back, but a good majority of it; problem is, I cannot get it "rolling" like it was, my body is fighting me like crazy, along with the added issues of the low back & hip and the mild arthritis that I didn't have then;

I'm so frustrated; and I know that doesn't help things.

Anything you can tell me would be great!!

Thanks, you're such an inspiration.
