Thank goodness for it! Gets me in and out of the gym early in the morning, freeing my evenings up for walks w/ the dog & hubby, bike rides or just lounging around. All while maintaining or improving my overall health. It's a concept more people need to learn about and put to use. Great article Scott... I love to see intensity training articles!
