Anger and Control
By Kandace
When anger strikes you, how exactly do you handle it. That swelling of mean energy and frustration that just won’t let go in the pit of your stomach. Have you ever taken a moment to sit back, before you lashed out, to really examine what it is within you that made you so angry? It’s always easy to blame it on outside sources, but what about why it made you angry in the first place.
I want you to explore the last time something made you really angry. Just take a moment. Were you angry at something someone did? Was it work? Did something not go the way you had planned?
Well, think about this. When you get angry it is ok, but before you lash out at others take a moment to reflect on what it was that you wanted to control? I’m guessing that most of the time it was either the outcome or a person or their actions. You must realize that these are things you can’t control.
Someone once told me “If you want to hear God laugh, tell him your plans”. Even though you may be manifesting so hard for something to work it may not show up the way you want it to, and by trying to control the outcome you loose touch with the allowing part of the whole process.
If there is anything I have learned it is this… Things happen that make us mad, upset and frustrated but if we take a step back and relinquish our control, the Universe takes over and is allowed to do it’s thing. I know I have tried it both ways. I like letting go and allowing to be honest with you. There is so much less stress.
So the next time you get angry at something, just stop for a second, look at the bigger picture and try not to control the situation. Look for other signs from the Universe on where or what else is coming. What direction is the Universe trying to point you in. It maybe for your safety, to develop your skills better, and all of this just to get you closer to what you have been manifesting in the first place.
Anger is an emotion directly linked to our emotions of wanting. It is also a reflection on ourselves. Look deep withing yourself and find that anger button and rewire it. There is no scents or need for it anymore. No amount of anger and control is worth the stress.
Until next time…Blessings!

It is so interesting that you posted this article as just this morning I was feeling angry at a work situation. My boss wants me to split my time doing my job and helping another department out. I didn’t really want to do the job in this other department. I could feel the anger growing as he told me (I believe it was more about control or my not having control over the situation). But the thought crossed my mind to just let it be…that this might be a good change of pace. The anger in my just kinda faded away.
I am glad I let go of the control. It felt good. So now I am going to ride the wave and see what happens.
