Israel, too funny! I agree with you that I don't want a man that is constantly crying but I don't want to be friends with a woman that is constantly crying either! :)

Wow, Michael! Thank you for that great comment. It doesn't surprise me to hear that anger/emotion is connected to our Inner Biochemistry. I look forward to the next Inner Biochemistry articles. :)

:Kristine and I spoke about this during our long road trip to our next office last night...

She surprised me that the way a person reacts to anger in general has to do in a major way, in large part - with their Inner Biochemistry!

Certain "homeopathic personality types" are also more predisposed to anger...

Though things like EFT and BSFF (Be Set Free Fast-listen to my forthcoming Personal Growth Architect interview introducing this-already recorded) help, but homeopathic and chemistry interventions address the deepest root causes, AND MAKE EVERYTHING ELSE A LOT EASIER. See the latest Sugar Burner article about mind-chemistry connections.

(We are trying our best to post the next article, on FAT BURNERS on Thursday or over the weekend.)

Just yesterday at the Scientific Weight Loss seminar this story was shared publicly! Cool eh? (Maybe it will be posted by her to the homeopathy comments... see her story below)

Julie said "do you know how much you changed my life, I hated being together with my kids, I was happy when the babysitter was coming" now she says "geez, I don't want my kids spending time with anyone else!"

Her anger level changed in just a few days effortlessly, with the right homeopathic remedy (which took about 3-4 hours of of :Kristine's advanced analysis to arrive at)

So all this came out in discussion last night while we traveled - all stemming from Michele's great anger post!

Gotta run... by for now all.

Fantastic post Michele.

I have a horrible temper. I believe it is horrible because I do not deal with issues as they arise. I let them pick at me and fester until they are a violent mass waiting to explode out of my body. I have recently begun to change this by dealing with things as they happen...voicing my opinions on the subject at hand and not allowing the "anger" to control the way I act towards others.
My meditation time has also been a source of relief.

It is unfortunate that boys/men are taught that showing emotion (especially crying) is a weakness. Many a time I have watched movies with male friends and their eyes water when something really sad happens in the movie - then they apologize like they have done something wrong. Men are human, correct? Humans need to express all emotions that are being felt - if they don't, those emotions will become bottled up and most likely turn to frustration and then vented as anger. I would rather have a man that shows emotion and is emotionally balanced than one that is a ticking time bomb.

Anger is such an important part of many lives---especially men's.

Resolving this area is so key for many men... especially in times of "increasing stress and instability" for many.

Many thanks for the author...
