I run the valley trails frequently, usually 6 miles or so, and try to lift weights every second day, or if possible, more frequently. I think too many people forget to balance their lower body with their upper body weightlifting, so I don't put an emphasis on either. I also think core strength is underdeveloped in a lot of people, so I target one of the three (upper, core, lower) in any given gym session. I would easily use the facilities once every day, or at worst, once every two days. It's addictive, after all. As for this becoming a staple.... I think it's safe to say that it already is, I just need to find a new gym to replace the one at the university. Since I'm still in debt, it'd be very nice to have the help with my gym fees. Cheers!
