		<description>Thanks, by the sounds of it you know exactly what it&#039;s like as well.  When I say addictive, I mean it, it was killing me not to be going regularly when I was moving and getting the new place set up. :-p  It feels like I lost so much so quickly, even though I know it comes back even faster.

Now that things have finally settled down I&#039;m looking forward to resuming my regular schedule at a new gym.

Thanks again, there&#039;s no rush on it, my guest pass doesn&#039;t expire until the 17th.</description>

I run the valley trails frequently, usually 6 miles or so, and try to lift weights every second day, or if possible, more frequently.  I think too many people forget to balance their lower body with their upper body weightlifting, so I don&#039;t put an emphasis on either.  I also think core strength is underdeveloped in a lot of people, so I target one of the three (upper, core, lower) in any given gym session.

I would easily use the facilities once every day, or at worst, once every two days.  It&#039;s addictive, after all.

As for this becoming a staple.... I think it&#039;s safe to say that it already is, I just need to find a new gym to replace the one at the university.  Since I&#039;m still in debt, it&#039;d be very nice to have the help with my gym fees.  Much appreciated!

This week I&#039;ve been checking out Gold&#039;s on a week-pass and I&#039;m planning on grabbing a membership at Westmount, so I could definitely use that certificate.  Is it still available?
