Do you lift every day working 2 body parts or are their days off in between? So if day 1 is chest and biceps...do you only use one exercise to work the chest and one exercise to work the biceps? Meaning 8 sets of 8 doing the chest press...then the chest workout is done for the day. Then doing 8 sets of 8 doing the bicep curl...then the bicep workout is done for the day. Like I said in the article... for the major muscles like the chest I typically do 3 different exercises such as bench press, incline dumbbell press and fly's.
