Hello! This weeks exploration will take us once again back in time to reconnect with the Spartan women and how they lived. The Spartan Womens marriage ritual, which was really strange, gives us some other insights as to the power they had within and their place in Spartan society.

Also on the motivation side of things, we will explore becoming Empowered. How to pull that power that’s inside of you back out. To renew yourself from within. So stay tuned! Blessings to all.
