		<description>Ya, I don&#039;t eat much tofu myself.  Just not really interested in it.  I much prefer fruits, vegetables and legumes over tofu.  I would love to see dulse drying in the east.</description>

		<description>Tofu continues to be a tough food for me. Its something that I have to be creative in order to enjoy. The word Dulse drew me in.. My Dad LOVES it and that would be because he grew up in New Brunswick. Salty chaw. I called it! I remember a trip to NB clearly now even though it was twenty years or more ago. Some of the side roads were laden with dulse and being dried in the sun. Purple roads... The packages I&#039;m now familiar with now are purple and have a sunrise on them. Thank you for this recipe.</description>
