Comment posted Getting to know : The Ab Wheel by Rob.

Ross is my new hero.. Geesh.. (have you watched that second video above?)

I just started my own abdominal exercise workout with my new Power Wheel 2. It’s similar to the Ab wheel except that it has foot pedals on it so that you can attach the wheel to your feet and work your abdominals from the other direction, doing pikes and even just walking on your hands etc. I’m going to see how far I can “walk” on my hands (or run) over time.

The first time I started doing Abdominal rollouts with the ab wheel, I wanted to be able to do 12 reps in whatever amount of time it took.

My first two workouts, I did:

1 set of 6 reps
2 sets of 3 reps each

the second week I was stronger and was able to do

1 set of 9 reps
1 set of 7 reps

I do the ab wheel on Monday, then I do obliques on Wed, then the Ab wheel on Friday, then Obliques on Monday etc

I use the ab wheel ever second workout

  • The Science Behind Shorter Workouts
well, yes and no Greg. It would be like do 5 pushups and then stop (even though you could do 25), so it’s not about pushups, pushups, pushups at all.
  • What Is Braggs Liquid Aminos
not sure many vegetarians would be eating gelatin. Um, braggs liquid aminos happens to have aminos in it. I use it as a replacement for soy sauce, not for the amino acid content.

It just tastes good on rice or veggies.

  • Poll: Does Weight Watchers Really Work?
True enough Ann, but loosing weight does not make one healthy. My statement still stands and I’m not nitpicking. With the many years you and your family have earned back from Weight Watchers, maybe have a look at improving health now…. learn a few things about food, not just about calories.

just my thoughts, be they what they are

    Thank you for your comment

  • HDT: Better Abs In 3 Minutes?
Quite the attitude Derrick. Thanks for your thoughts on the subject. I even kept your link intact.

Some people do better with a written plan and when they’ve actually paid for it, they see the value in it and are more likely to follow through. That’s how I see it anyway.

and as for your “learn from the internet, and do shit properly” suggestion, well that’s just it isn’t it. It may be ON the internet, but that doesn’t make it the right thing to do for any specific person does it.

and then… as for wishing harm on someone.. well Karma’s a bitch. Good luck.

Now, for anyone else reading this… here are my thoughts. I’ve done 7 Minute Muscle HDT training and it works like nobody’s business. The logic is sound. It’s quick, it works, but it’s not easy. I’ve made gains in my physique using this program that I’ve not seen before and it’s allowed me more time back into my life for other things.

Get the book and begin following the program http://www.SevenMinuteMuscleWorkout.com

    It’s that simple

    Peace

  • Benefits of a Blended Salad
Thanks for the comment Bonnie. I teach a balance of 50-50 raw to cooked foods and have no problems with meat on my end. Some people do better with meat and others do not.

I’d be curious to know about any health challenges you may experience eating raw in Canada over the winter. That is very unbalancing. Winter months require cooked foods to provide balance to the body and nervous system.

    have you noticed anything?
