Seriously though, these hack squats are deadly (in a good way of course)

I did notice that I tend to push off with the balls of my feet instead of my heels, which makes my feet come off the platform a bit.  When I concentrated more on the movement and visualized the person at my knees it was much much better.  I could definately tell the difference between form.</description>
