wow, i’m impressed how many veggies you can cram in there. When u can’t get fresh veggies, do you use the snap frozen veggies? I really like them but not sure how well they compare to the fresh stuff.

    I think its great to go for healthy substitutions when eating out, but it is not always possible. But when this is the case I think its great to just think of the meal as a one off treat, to be enjoyed with no guilt. As long as you get back on track the next day it is all good. however on a holiday it is too easy to a heap of bad days in a row, so then you really need to use the great advice in this article
