When I found this recipe, I decided to tweek it to my own tastes and I ended up with the
best tasting pancakes EVER!
Here is what I did:
I used unsweetened vanilla almond milk
Barley as my grain
then I added a generous tbs of almond butter
and half a banana instead of honey.
Topped with no sugar added apples and cinnamon

I am impressed with you website, but more importantly in your story of success. Your posts are both informative and inspiring. I look forward to reading more. I intend to link to you from my blog.
Keep up the good work!
Tom
Wonderful, Thank you. I should have done better research on Napoleon Hill’s writing time line. It didn’t feel right when I wrote that, but I trusted what I read from the source.
Your blog has a nice new look. Brian Tracy’s programs have helped me a great deal on my personal journey of fitness. I think when I weighed 360 it was difficult believing I could weight 250. When I started back to the future thinking and wrote a log of how I lost the weight it really helped. I know some people call this a wish list ,etc but it really helped. Although it took me a year longer than I had planned it really did happen. Take care,
Jeff

Hi.
“Mole” comes from the Spanish verb “moler,” and pretty much means to grind. (Note
the Spanish word for mill, “molino,” and the English-from-Latin word for teeth that grind,
“molar.”
The most famous chocolate-based moles are Mole Poblano (from the city of Puebla),
and Mole Oaxaqueño, from the city of Oaxaca. However, mole needn’t contain chocolate;
there are red and green moles that don’t, and I’m sure there are lots of variations.
In Oaxaca, chocolate factories make mole paste to order. They start with cacao beans
and grind them with other ingredients, chief among which would be chile peppers, maybe
cinnamon, almonds, oil, and whatever the buyer might bring or choose to add later.
Anyway, that’s mole.
I just tried this recipe and its very delicious. The different herbs and spices really complement each other. Highly recommended! Feel welcome to check out my website for free chicken marinas.

Thanks for this cool informations.
Thanks for the recipe! Been looking for fibrous recipes for my diet, I seem to have a very low fiber intake daily which I don’t really like.
I tried you recipe tonight and I have to say this is the best butternut squash I have ever had! I am a huge garlic lover so I add 16 cloves, and instead of the coconut oil (didnt have that) I used grape seed oil and the best way to put it is wow! Thanks for sharing this recipe!
